The Court's Guide to Practice & Procedures has been updated to conform to the restyled Bankruptcy Rules that take effect December 1, 2024. The restyling resulted in a numbering change to Bankruptcy Rule 7001 that has been incorporated in the updated Guide at page 27. No other changes were made.

The updated Guide to Practice & Procedures is available on the Local Rules, Procedures & Standing Orders page of the Bankruptcy Court website.
