The Clerk’s Office accepts the following forms of payment:
- plastic card payments made via Pay.gov by attorneys using the CM/ECF electronic filing system;
- cash, in person only, not via the mail;
- money order, cashier’s check, or company/firm check made payable to: Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
The Clerk’s Office does not accept personal checks.
The Clerk’s Office can only accept exact change and cannot make or give change.
