The public comment period is now underway for proposed Local Rules drafted by the bankruptcy judges for the Central District of Illinois.

The Court will accept written comment on the proposed rules through February 29, 2024. Comments may be submitted by email to localrules@ilcb.uscourts.gov or by mail to Adrienne Atkins, Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, 600 E. Monroe Street, Room 226, Springfield, Illinois 62701.
