The judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court have drafted proposed Local Rules.
The Court will accept written comment on the proposed rules through February 29, 2024. Comments may be submitted by email to localrules@ilcb.uscourts.gov or by mail to Adrienne Atkins, Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, 600 E. Monroe Street, Room 226, Springfield, Illinois 62701.
