During the last several years, letters to Chapter 7 Trustees from the Clerk of the Court regarding procedures in Chapter 7 cases have been posted at the end of Judge Gorman’s procedures. A new memo from Judge Gorman to the Chapter 7 Trustees regarding procedures has now been posted. Practitioners are always welcome to review the Clerk’s and Court’s correspondence with the trustees. Of particular interest in the recent memo is a short section on Stern v. Marshall issues as well as an attachment concerning proposed Bankruptcy Rule amendments.
