BANKRUPTCY FORMS AND RULES CHANGES GO INTO EFFECT DECEMBER 1, 2023

Changes to Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule (28 U.S.C. § 1930)

Effective December 1, 2023, select fees on the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule will be adjusted for inflation. To review the new fee schedule click here.  The last time fees were adjusted for inflation was December 1, 2020.
