The Peoria office of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of Illinois, will be closed to in-person visits on Friday, August 1, 2025, due to a water main break.

The Clerk’s Office will remain accessible to the public through telephone, mail, and the Electronic Document Submission System (EDSS).  The Court's electronic filing system (CM/ECF) is also available for the filing of cases and documents.  Staff will be available via telephone to provide customer service during normal office hours, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
