In light of the enactment of the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019, the Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of Illinois has adopted Interim Bankruptcy Rules 1007, 1020, 2009, 2012, 2015, 3010, 3011, 3014, 3016, 3017.1, 3017.2, 3018, and 3019 to be effective February 19, 2020. In addition to the Interim Bankruptcy Rules, new and amended Official Forms 101, 201, 309E1, 309E2 (new), 309F1, 309F2 (new), 314, 315, and 425A will become effective February 19, 2020.
