The Court has updated its standing order regarding Chapter 13 attorney fees.

Applicable to cases filed on or after January 1, 2024, the new Standing Order Regarding Attorney Fees for Debtor's Counsel in Chapter 13 Cases (Effective January 1, 2024) is available for review, along with all other general and standing orders currently in effect, on the Local Rules, Procedures & Standing Orders page of the Bankruptcy Court website.
