Due to several amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure effective December 1, 2017, Judge Gorman’s procedures for Chapter 13 Plans, Amended Plans, and Motions to Modify have changed. In addition, Judge Gorman’s procedures have been updated to include a procedure for Extensions of Time to File Required Documents. Judge Gorman will no longer routinely grant motions for an extension of time to file schedules, statements, and other documents required by Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1007-I(b) or the plan in a Chapter 13 case.
