Bankruptcy Rules 2002, 2004, 8012, 8013, 8015, and 8021 have been amended and go into effect on December 1, 2020. For rule changes click the following link: https://www.uscourts.gov/rules-policies/pending-rules-and-forms-amendments.
Several Director’s Forms will be updated effective December 1, 2020. This update reflects an increase in administrative fees on the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule, Item 8, approved by the Judicial Conference in March 2020. The following miscellaneous fee schedule changes will become effective December 1, 2020:
