Attorneys WITH a Bankruptcy Login in another District
If you are an attorney WITH an active ECF account in another bankruptcy court, no additional training is required. You must complete the CM/ECF Attorney Training Waiver Application with your information and email the Waiver to the court's helpdesk at: helpdesk_ilcb@ilcb.uscourts.gov.

Attorneys WITHOUT a Bankruptcy Login in another District
If you are an attorney without an active ECF account in another bankruptcy court, you are required to complete each of the CM/ECF training simulations linked below. After completing each simulation, a unique code will appear. This code must be entered into the code column on the CM/ECF Attorney Training Answer Sheet. Once this training is complete please email the completed Training Answer Sheet and the completed CM/ECF Training Application (linked below) to the court's helpdesk at helpdesk_ilcb@ilcb.uscourts.gov.

Limited Filers
Limited Filer logins are issued to creditors and/or attorneys who only need limited access to the Court's filing website (Assignment/Transfer of Claims, Creditor Request for Notices, Reaffirmation Agreement).
To obtain an electronic filing login ALL Limited Filers must follow the steps below:
- Print the Limited Filers Training Answer Sheet linked here.
- View the (2) training demonstrations linked below and enter the code given at the end of each onto the Limited Filer Answer Sheet.
- Scan and email the completed Limited Filers Training Answer Sheet to our Helpdesk at: Helpdesk_ilcb@ilcb.uscourts.gov. (You will receive an email verifying your registration has been processed within 1-3 days.)
