Creditor filed motion to alter or amend order denying modification of protective order pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e). The motion to alter or amend was denied because it failed to identify manifest error and instead sought to relitigate old matters by rehashing arguments previously made and advancing new or modified legal theories and factual assertions that could and should have been made earlier. Further, although framed as seeking relief from one order, the motion was essentially a request for the Court to reconsider a different order entered two months earlier.
