Use of the Chapter 13 model plan form posted on the Court’s website will be mandatory effective January 1, 2014, in the Springfield Division. All Chapter 13 plans — original or amended — filed on or after January 1, 2014, must be on the model plan form. Plans filed using any other form will be stricken. Some practitioners have experienced minor technical problems in beginning to use the model plan form. All of the problems to date have been easily resolved. Practitioners are urged to begin use of the form prior to the deadline to ensure that they have resolved any technical problems and are ready to use the model plan form by January 1st.
