Peoria Hearing Calendars

The hearing calendar used in Judge Perkins courtroom (Peoria, Rock Island and Monmouth) is now available on the website. Simply click on "Peoria Hearing Calendar/PDF" to view current calendars. The calendars posted are accurate as of the date of posting but will not be updated prior to the hearing date. Hearings may have been added or stricken during this time period. You may obtain the most up-to-date information by viewing the docket or using the Hearing Calendars option on the website. Please note that the Hearing Calendars option will not be in the same case number order as the Peoria PDF calendars.

 

Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing

The U.S. Bankruptcy Courts offer the bankruptcy community Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (EBN). EBN is a FREE service that allows court notices to be transmitted electronically, delivering them faster and more conveniently. Electronic Noticing has the following advantages:

• You can receive electronic notices faster. They are sent on the same day they are produced at the court.

• You can access your court notices 24/7.

• Court notices that would be mailed to multiple locations can be routed to a centralized address.

• Storing notices to your computer means you never lose a paper copy.

• Court notices can easily be forwarded around the office or to your attorney.

• Court notices can be sent by Email or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

Change in Procedures Effective June 21, 2012, for Springfield Division only

As of June 21, 2012, the Clerk's Office in the Springfield Division will no longer send the Objection Notice for a Motion for Relief from Stay or Motion for Relief from Co-Debtor Stay to all parties in the bankruptcy case through the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC). The Clerk's Office will only send the Objection Notice to interested parties [debtor, debtor's attorney, Trustee, UST, creditor's attorney and co-debtor] in the bankruptcy case through the BNC.
