Other software by smaller vendors can also create PDF documents. Although filers run the risk of creating pleadings that are nonstandard and/or out-of-sync with Adobe PDF documents. Keeping software up-to-date is the best method to ensure pleadings comply with the latest PDF standards. National standards are being developed for PDF documents which will help guarantee the integrity of pleadings. |
